Requirements of the role;
- Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the Asset team and the OAM project as a whole
- Should be able to analyze the current reporting needs and create functional specification for new reports to be created / existing solution
- Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback on the service, function, or product provided
- Use data modelling practices to analyses findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
- Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions he/she makes
- Gain agreement, usually from OAM Board, of the best method of introducing recommendations to the business
- Communicate the benefits of his / her recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
- Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings, and to present to stakeholders when necessary
- Support staff and teams in making your recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issue
